Glass, stone, and suspension system
Suspended stones act as both anchors and counterweights, stabilizing a system whose existence depends on the interdependence of all its elements. Nadir # quase uma ilha 02 refers to the point on the terrestrial sphere located directly beneath the observer and activates the invisible forces that run through matter. As in much of Túlio Pinto's work, the piece makes gravity, usually imperceptible, the protagonist of the aesthetic experience.

Using materials such as glass, steel, stone and rope, the artist investigates the unstable balance between opposing forces, in situations where weight, tension, gravity and fragility coexist in constant negotiation. His sculptures make physical phenomena visible, offering experiences that are both concrete and poetic.
